What to do when someone doesn't want help, doesn't seem to care and has 9 felony convictions??

Please take the focus off of your cousin and put it back on you and
your problems.
If you are that concerned about your grandmother, then call Adult
Protection Services and have them do a 'wellness check,' giving them
all the info you can with your call.
