Runhappy...I share a different opinion about counting time, clean dates, celebrations/acknowledgments,etc. than AVRT, but we are both right and you will be right too in whatever you decide. If this or anything else interferes with your ability to quit for good, then don't do it. If it doesn't...well then, have cake
