I suppose everyone defines success differently, too. Success at any cost would not work for me and I do tend to obsess in general
But with quitting drinking I am not. I am trying to just be mindful and I am definitely proud of myself although that too may bring the beast from his cave, could it not?
And just so that I am not misrepresenting here, I am not close to the one year yet - I just see that as what I would consider my first Actual Milestone!
