I agree with those above who said why not just lay off for awhile. Nobody can tell you if you truly have a problem except you, but whether or not you have the ability to stop for a month or two should tell you a lot. Best of luck to you!

I want to own restaurant/bars with my own craft brew on tap. But in order to make good beer you have taste it (like food), but tasting it and downing a few a day are two different things. Thanks for this, it can be done I will strive for that.
