I would like to think logical people will see right through him and his quacking of what happened. You have a witness and you called 911 twice from your phone. There is a documented case of DV on him before this happened. Damn I would like to think a judge will look at this and want to do everything to protect you and your girls. Why would a judge even take the chance to give him another shot? Yikes!
