Welcome Henry , I did everything but h , although lot of my friends did and also my mother used for many years
and has been using methadone for about 2 years now.
Whatever you can do to get clean and stay clean from all that Sh## the better brother it all bad news. Just like a alcoholic like me i always will be, you also with that addiction.
