72 days sober
My how time flies, in 72 days I've: been sober, lost a relationship, lost my job, and my bank account got hacked (lost $1200). Throughout all of these negative things the thought to drink has never even entered my mind.
I've been able to go out to concerts and be a normal 20 something that just doesn't drink. I've been asked by people why I don't drink, been offered drinks by new acquaintances, and still have not broken sobriety.
Sobriety is a mindset, and the more I say I don't want to drink to new people I meet, the stronger my resolve becomes. Stick with it people, it gets easier!
