I wonder if there's ever a time
that we aren't reminding ourselves
"Oh yeah, *I* am the one in recovery - not them."
Meaning - of COURSE I'm going to do my best
others... don't seem to have that initiative.
I've seen that as my self reliance increases
my attachment to others following through
has decreased.
It's more like watching a tv show
than actually being IN ... the thing.
