Alcohol and anxiety
Thanks totfit....yeah the drinking definitely makes EVERYTHING worse. I can't drink because I know the path of alcohol plus anxiety equals panic attacks then your mixing sedatives for the panic attacks with alcohol and that is a brutal path to go down. Just trying to figure out what is alcohol withdrawal related and what is true anxiety/ mental health issues....
