Re your earlier post about filing for divorce, obviously you don't want to do that until after you've testified. His attourney is a divorce atty, right? He probably sees this coming (you filing), but going after you aggressively may not play well to the judge so likely he will behave.
His atty does divorces but is a criminal defense lawyer and is representing my H for free bc H coached his kid years back and he loved him... Ugh.
Good thought tho on the likelihood of him having incentive to behave... Hadn't thought of that.
Ultimately whatever happens will be what it is and I know all I have to do is tell the truth and if I do that I can deal with whatever gets thrown at me.
