Here's the new goal since I'm currently in progress on my first 1.
I am going to start a C5K plan tomorrow. I need to get some good shoes first.
The plan covers 3 jogs/week and starts off slow and builds each week.
Here's the general program for the 1st week, 1st run. (W1D1)
Brisk five-minute warmup walk. Then alternate 60 seconds of jogging and 90 seconds of walking for a total of 20 minutes. Not sure how I'll track the time but I suppose I can count it out and then measure the distance around the little track near my house.
It's a big one for me. I'm 6'2" - ~280lbs
