I just thought it was kinda along the lines of "if it looks like a duck and quacks like a duck, it IS a duck"...meaning
if your 'person' acts like an alcoholic, sounds like an alcoholic; they ARE an alcoholic...no matter what kinda 'quack' they say. LOL.
