"The Art of AVRT" - has anyone read it?
Rational Recovery has a book - "The Art of AVRT" - which is presumably an update on the Addictive Voice Recognition Technique.
Has anyone read this book? What where your thoughts? Is it worth buying?
How does it compare to Rational's 1996 book?
