Hi all!
I'm new to this site and thought this would be a good place to introduce myself.
I'm 8 months 5 days clean and sober, I did a CBT based inpatient rehab in July/August last year after struggling with addiction and alcoholism for 10 years or so. I've done quite a few NA & AA meetings since cleaning up but have been have been finding it increasingly difficult to identify with due to the religious side of it. So, I was looking for somewhere that was more open minded (secular) and I think I've found it!
