Chat is anytime - post a thread and enter the F&F room and someone will show up. You start them too since it is often hard to find one time that fits everyone's schedule across time zones. This seems to be the biggest stumbling block but once you start one ppl will come.
Some scheduled chat times are Sundays12pm EST, T/Th 8pm EST. And a meeting is Sat 9pm EST.
