willingness.
I've watched people do that a meetings, it's pretty much standard practice, we don't 'call people out'.
If they're attending meetings, they have at least a
minimum recognition that they have a problem, what they do with it is strictly up to them.

'called someone out' myself, I'm
almost positive it did nothing except p*ss them off and make me look like a fool, indeed, it was a foolish thing to do.
