I won't drink or drug today because I've got a cold and I feel really crumby and I don't like it. I can barely breathe, like all those times smoking various substances. It's so not cool. And I'm kinda grumpy because I'm sick, and in a way it definitely feels like coming down. Also since I'm grumpy I think I'll just not drink or drug to spite my ex. No reason, he's just a good target when I am grumpy since he's not around to defend himself and I can happily feel like he's a rat b@stard without offending anyone
