You'll find that most the folks in ACoA participate over here as well. It's that way in real life meetings too. You walk into one program and half the people there you saw yesterday in the other one.

That's the way ACoA started some 30 years ago. We've progressed quite a bit since then
Nowadays we've given up the whole "alcoholic" / "addict" thing and recognize that it's the "toxic" behavior that causes harm, the particular details of the addiction are irrelevant.
