I had trouble staying sober too. Couldn't seem to do it no matter how badly I wanted to. It wasn't until I replaced my drinking habit with expressing gratitude that I was able to stay sober.... well, that and a complete Attitude Adjustment.
But being grateful for my blessings has replaced the urge to drink.
