After being on SR and getting to know various people whose lives have been affected by addiction, I've come to think poorly of that show, because it seems to thrive on drama and supposed "happy endings", which never seem to last long. In my quest to "de-dramatize" my life, I've stopped watching Intervention (and other triggering shows like "A Baby Story"...ugh don't get me started about the crap that show perpetuates).
