Cherry Fizz
Serves - 2
Ingredients
8 Ice Cubes - crushed
2 tablespoons cherry syrup
500 ml plain soda
2 - 3 tsps lime juice
red cocktail cherries for garnishing
Method
Divide the crushed ice into two tall glasses
Pour cherry syrup onto ice
Add lime juice to this (do not mix)
Pour plain soda on top of syrup to fill glass
You might want to add some sugar syrup for those who like it sweeter.
Decorate with cherries on top, add cocktail stirrers to the drink and serve
(Tip - you can change the syrup flavour & garnish as per available fruit)
