I can recommend a good book that will guide you in learning to heal the physical symptoms of stress and dis-ease:

You Can Heal Your Life by Louise Hay

This book has been helpful to me. In the back is an index of symptoms and dis-eases that manifest in our bodied when we stuff our feelings. The index directs you to the root cause that may be the source of the symptom.
