Hi and thanks for the welcome! LOL about the soup, Murray!

Le Femme, I get really stiff if I don't do yoga for a long time. If I go once a week, it's okay. If I go twice a week, better. If I go 3 times per week, much much better. I think the benefits of yoga really increase (in terms of flexibility, etc. ) the more often you go.

Having said that, it's really hard for me to make it 3x per week as each class is an hour and a half and in all takes over 2 hours of my day to do it. I guess we do what we can. If you ever want to talk yoga, let me know! Right now I'm working on headstand a bit and some balance poses. Arm balances still elude me
