Very good points.
When I said "no negative effects" I was referring to .... It hasn't caused problems in my relationships ... I haven't lost a job.... I never got a DUI... things like that.
But yes, internally, I struggle with it and it seems to be having a toll on me physically. I just need to wrap my brain around this whole thing. Thank you.
