For those of you who don't go to meetings, or understand the 12 steps of recovery, take a visit to the Step Study forum, the sharing there may help you understand better and maybe even use some of the helpful suggestions in your own recovery.
There is no requirement for membership to any fellowship, just a desire to find a better and healthier way of living. Ask questions, share your own experience, and find some light for your path.
