I will not use today (or tomorrow, since I really only have an hour left) because for the first time in quite some time I went to class and didn't want to leave tonight. It was awesome to not have a little voice in the back of my head telling me to go home and have a drink! I was a slave to that voice for too long.
Instead of rushing home to get wasted I spent an extra 20 minutes in the lab looking at microscopic fossils on thin sections (little slabs of rock that have been cut and polished thin enough for light to pass through them). It felt great!
