I'm not a superhero but I can put my underwear on outside my pants if it will help.

Hang in there. Right around 4 to 6 weeks was always the hardest for me; I went through it about 6 or 7 times-- giving in and using after about 5 weeks clean-- and the only thing I can say is if you white knuckle it through the next few days, it's over and you won't have to do it again. About 10 to 12 weeks without using I had a few crappy days but it was more mild, easier to manage. I seem to work on about 5-week cycles as far as my drinking and drugging is concerned and when I finally recognized the pattern, the next time I went through that I knew what it was and I reminded myself that it's just because my body is used to chemicals and it's temporary.

Good luck, and keep posting. You're doing fine, you're going through normal stuff as your body and brain adjust to life post-alcohol. And you're not alone. *hugs*
