It may help for heroin addiction, I'm sorry I didn't think of that use which may be helpful. I believe it helps with the withdrawals and cravings and heroin isn't something one would use "in moderation"
Sorry, I was thinking of the bad experience of many who tried this for alcohol moderation and failed miserably.
