What an extraordinarily offensive comment. That kind of attitude is part of what prompted me to leave the program.
AA didn't work for me, not because I have my head in my ass, but because it just wasn't my thing. I gave it a good long try, weighed the consequences, and decided it was doing me more harm than good. AA, like it or not, is
not for everyone.
How about a modicum of respect for those who don't do things your way?
