when AH is gone I rationalize that it isn't so bad etc: That's because you don't have to deal with him and you're 'temporarily' FREE when he is away. (Sorry...couldn't figure out how to do a second quote).
And finally, the blame game. When you start believing it's true and that you can do no right (home, work, friends, etc.)...it's time to start thinking more about yourself. I agree 100% with dollydo....I'd choose better!
