Evening everybody. Thanks for your kind wishes. Had a very busy day and the weather was scorching. the zoo was fab and the children loved it.
I'm just having a nice strong cup of tea. Have to confess that today I really fancied a glass of wine. It was sooooo hot and just the thought of a nice, chilled, crisp, white wine was very appealing. However, I DIDN'T, because it wouldn't just be a glass of wine, it would be the bottle. Instead I had a nice, ice cold, blackcurrant and soda, which cooled me just as well and didn't block out my memory of today. The urge has well passed now and I like this feeling of well being. Monday is in sight!
Oh and things are greatly improved on the home front!!
