Congrats Washburn on keeping going. I identified a lot with your first post.
I kept trying to fight the battle alone and ended up with the same results. I told a couple of close friends as well and has really helped me take some steps that I needed to. It wasn't really anything that my friends did but just the fact that it wasn't my secret anymore.
