It's been a long time coming. I'm one the early sobriety roller coaster, and when the downs occur I am working through them; trusting that I can face the discomfort that lives inside my skin.

Keep close to recovery
Take what works and leave the rest
Notice when my old thinking comes up and change it
Go to a meeting
Do the next right thing as best I can (not "when I want to")
It's definitely progress and not perfection
I'm grateful for this site and it's creators and the people who come here.
