Hi easy to quit just ask me
I quit on my own and it was easy to do.
People tell me that i must not have had a problem, that i am a dry drunk, that I am spiritually corrupt, that i am a liar, that I need to get drunk again and come back through a program. They tell me I am crazy. They say ahh you never had a problem.
Ill say it again.
I quit on my own. It was easy. If you want to know how i did it ask me.
I had my last drink in the early 80s. I raised three kids. They are all professionals and content in life. I have held a job for 40 years. I reached the top of my field and am still working at 56.
I understand addiction and the mind games that surround it.
Recovery for most people can be very easily established and maintained.
Ridicule me if you must but if you want to know what I did ask me.
