For me, it's not necessarily about the days of "clean time" that i have and announce and pick up chips for. It's about staying clean and sober just for today.
But, if i am counting clean days and i use one day, no matter how small or whatever my excuse is, i have in fact started over. It's not up to me, it's a fact. Counting a day that i used as a clean day makes no sense at all.
