This had become a vicious cycle. Can't fall asleep? Have a drink. Then one became two. You get the idea.

What do I do now? I have exercised today, eaten well, limited coffee, what else can I do?

So I sit here and say aaaahhhhhhhhhhh.

It took me a long time to adjust to withdrawal related insomnia. All I can say is, it will get better.

I wake up early, and get exercise after work. By the time 11:30 pm rolls around, I'm usually pretty tired.

But yeah I know what you mean. Hope you get some good sleep tonight!
