great to read through your thread and that you are handling the urges....for me I don't consider my recovery a sucess just because I am not feeling urges (although that is a good thing)--but it sure is nice when the urges are less or not occuring 'all' the time, when the urges are happening a significant part of the day(s) then i've had the tendancy to fall. what helps me is to take constant proactive and preventative action by reading recovery stuff, writing or journaling, going to meetings everyday, and spending time outside of meetings with people in recovery.
