day 12: a little more peace
I've done OK today. 2 meetings. a few hours at the AA club. got to keep on keeping on.
stay in today
be good to myself
turn the negative into positive
sleep in my bed at night
winding down now before heading home
i've enjoyed reading many posts here tonight
