Recovery Plan
No real recovery plan. I dont have a clue. However my body and my mind are screeming at me "You cant go on you must stop!". I dont think I have a chice unless I accept a very nasty end.....I have crossed the line / gone through a doorway from a mental perception point of view.
Like many, I feel as if some old frind of mine has died.
One day at a time & pray to the Good Lord.
