Methadone Is on a whole other level then Oxy. Big increase for sure. Methadone unlike other opiates (oxycodone) actually store in the liver and does have a much much longer duration of effect then oxycodone and for me produces a much more intense euphoria. I kind of think of Methadone as H without the rush? Im sure not everyone would agree with that. But yeah, from a user stand point and not a doctor stand point. Id def say big increase. If it wasnt an increase she would want her oxy back....
