I am 30 days today too! finally, after many false starts although i know that this is just the beginning! thank god the cravings have subsided, i am prepared though... if they come just pray to be willing and do step 1 and think how unmanageable my life became.
Having been coming to this wonderful site every day as well as showing up at. AA although not as much as recommended...going to step my meetings up as found out definately cant do this alone.
