UPDATE: Well, i stopped and bought the four pack. rode home with in my car, opened one, took one sip, and then threw it out...i know i can do this. i am going to go sit with my chickens for a while and meditate on life...thanks so much ya'll, really if it wasn't for the strength i am receiving here, well just thank you....
