here i go...
i am off to another night, 5:00 is fast approaching and my mouth is watering for a drink...i plan to go home a different route so i do not go by my regular store to buy my 4 pack of wine to get me home. my husband is out of town, worried about the time alone tonight, although he is not much support since he is a heavy drinker. may be the alone time will give me time to relax and enjoy the sobriety.
closing my eyes and visualizing myself as a sober healthy woman ready to take on the world...deep breath.
