thinking more about what is and isn't working, also what is changing...
the isolation that accompanied my heavy drinking was so much a part of the vicious cycle i was stuck in. these days i'm getting out, enjoying friends, enjoying the sunshine.
my overall mood is so much brighter, the fear and anxiety are nearly gone.
closing in on 100 days...
