I had been wondering what to do about all of the problems I had and over the last few days, really just seeing my old behaviour more clearly and seeing me slip in and out of it! I realised that all I had to do was face them do what I can and let the rest go.
After that I realised that these problems are actually quite good and in the last 3 days I have found work and am doing it, been offered two good business opportunities, getting up each morning at 7am and running with Rana, what a great way to start my day (after my spiritual ritual) and yesterday I asked a woman out on a date, she said yes which is great. I am so pleased with myself, no sneaking around or not asking, I simply asked.
So take heart, my experience is that the direst of problems these days are golden, although I would have felt like strangling anyone who told me that at the time.
