however, i think what we were mostly concerned with was, how did your body react to not drinking a bottle of wine???? or 4 glasses..did you physically miss it? how do you look and feel this AM? did you sleep well? night sweats? insomnia? nausea? these were some of my symptoms the first 4 days without wine.
