Opiate question.....
Hey there, well it has been 17 days as of today that I have not used. My DOC is percocet, or any other pain killer I could get my hands on. I have been doing ok, not craving to much, but the pain still comes and goes from the opiate receptors I believe they are still crying for pain meds. In the last
3 1/2 years, the longest I was clean was 3 months, and of course, most of my life in the last 3 1/2 years are a big blank, black out. I do not remember much about how long it took for me to feel more normal. I am tired after not a whole lot of work, I feel not sleepy tired, but physically tired. I also wish the pain would go away, but it's my reminder of what I have done,a nd where I don't want to go again. Can anyone who has been clean of opiates tell me when energy comes back, and when the pain lessens? Because I don't remember, or maybe it never got better in the 3 months. I don't know. Somedays I just want to feel normal. Thanks, Becky
