I had rough time today, i know the problems I was having weren't that big of a deal, i just still was angry and mad, just had to keep myself sober and talking and just NOT DRINKING and it passed and I feel better now. I can go into a friday mind with a smile on my face. WITH A SMILE ON MY FACE make GOOD CHOICES ON WHAT TO EAT AND DRINK and do
facing the cold fact that life is short and pounding that fact into my head has helped me get into a positive state of mind to enjoy life.
