Hi, I am 28 and an alkie. Relapsed earlier this month...
Although I didn't experience any withdrawal symptoms per say, it DID start my negative thought patern of "being able to control it" etc... There is no two ways about it -- need to stay away from the first drink.
To that, mentally it had a negative impact on me as well and a bit of minor depression did set in....
