This is why the world is so beautiful. Many different people and many different opinions. In the beginning, I had to do the 24 hour rule. Now I know its forever, but I'm good with that. Its really whatever works for the individual. If you see some posts from newcomers and they say they just can't fathom the thought of giving it up forever, then the "just for today" rule might be good. Add those "just for todays" up and you will get clear headed and able to dig deeper. Just a thought.
